Regarding the name itself, we incorporated the Norwegian word for house (hus) to reflect fundamental characteristics of our heritage, including hard work, straightforward guidance, a desire to help others and our commitment to work together to reach a common goal.

As Executive Assistant to Realtor Kath Hammerseng with Edina Realty’s Sohus Real Estate Group, I focus on keeping every part of the buying and selling process organized and efficient. I handle listing preparation, marketing, and transaction coordination so our clients have a smooth experience from start to finish. My role is centered on clear communication, attention to detail, and making sure deadlines are met, which allows Kath and our clients to move forward with confidence.
