Logan Park is a 150-acre, art-oriented neighborhood, in the center of Northeast Minneapolis. With 40% residential units, the area is located in the heart of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. This older neighborhood boasts Logan Park; home to Logan Park Recreation Center, an ice rink and multiple athletic fields. There are many beautiful, large Victorian homes surrounding the park, and downtown Minneapolis is just a short drive away. There is plenty to do in Logan Park for families and singles alike. Residents shop for art, furniture and more at the Northrup King Building, while also relaxing with a cocktail at Indeed Brewing Company and Taproom or Tattersall Distillery. Logan Park offers a pet-friendly neighborhood with diverse residential, industrial, commercial and arts districts.
