Edina, Minn. - Dec. 16, 2016 – Bob Fedderly, a REALTOR® in Edina Realty's Forest Lake sales office, was honored with the Edina Realty Emma L. Rovick Memorial Award, or "Emmy" on Dec. 13 at a special luncheon for the award winners.
Established to honor company founder Emma Rovick, the "Emmy" Award is given annually to two people: one employee and one real estate agent who exemplify Edina Realty's core values of honesty, integrity and commitment.
Fedderly was an English teacher and coach at Forest Lake High School for 19 years prior to joining the Edina Realty Forest Lake office in 1993.
Colleagues describe him as someone who treats everyone with professionalism and exemplifies the company's founding values. He is a strong and consistent performer earning both the President's and Master's Circle designations and is supportive of his fellow agents, often offering up ideas and ways to improve their business.
Recently, Fedderly retired from Family Pathways' Board of Directors, where his support and involvement in the "Bail or Jail" fundraiser will be greatly missed. Active with his church, he is also a theater volunteer and seasonal actor in the St. Croix Falls, WI area.
Fedderly is well respected by his clients, his fellow agents and office staff as well as the community that he has represented and lived in for more than 20 years.

Edina Realty agents and employees nominate their colleagues for the Emmy Award, and out of nearly 70 nominees, three agent and three employee finalists were selected.
