Edina, Minn. – Feb. 27, 2013 – Edina Realty has just launched its 2013 ad campaign with billboards and online advertising. This year’s ad campaign, created by the advertising agency Preston Kelly, introduces a new tagline, “The edge you need.”
Each ad reinforces Edina Realty’s reputation as the real estate market leader in Minnesota and western Wisconsin for 13 years running and promotes their proven, professional approach in home buying and selling. Ad headlines such as “We sell 61 homes a day,” “We wrap up a sale every 24 minutes,” “430 homes sold a week,” and “Helping 23,000 buyers a year into new homes” cite statistics that demonstrate Edina Realty’s leadership position.
“Edina Realty is the best in its class, with a proven, professional approach to bringing buyers and sellers together,” said Barb Jandric, Edina Realty president. “We plan on using this new tagline – The edge you need – for years to come,” Jandric said.
This year’s ad campaign will appear through May on outdoor boards in over 156 different locations throughout Minnesota. Online media buys include the highest trafficked news information sites: StarTribune.com, KARE11.com, WCCO.com, KSTP.com and TwinCities.com.
For the first time, Edina Realty is adding truck media to their advertising mix. Trucks wrapped with the message “Minnesota’s largest manufacturer of new neighbors” will crisscross the Twin Cities from April through mid-June and in most of the major markets where Edina Realty has a presence, including Brainerd, St. Cloud, Duluth, Rochester and Winona.
This year’s campaign was developed by Preston Kelly advertising agency. “The heritage of the Edina Realty brand provided a great platform for us to express a memorable and attention-getting iconic idea,” said Chuck Kelly, Preston Kelly president. “The campaign embodies Edina Realty’s brand values and leadership position as the market continues to accelerate.”
