Nicole Suchy Named Sales Manager of Edina Realty’s Chippewa Valley, Spooner and Hayward Offices



Edina, Minn.— July 7, 2015Edina Realty, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, has named Nicole Suchy the new sales office manager of its Chippewa Valley, Spooner and Hayward offices, which house agents specializing in everything from residential and lakeshore homes to investment properties.

During a real estate career that has spanned 20 years, Suchy has managed six Edina Realty Title closing branch offices as well as Edina Realty’s Exceptional Properties luxury home division. She became a licensed Realtor in Minnesota and Wisconsin in 2005.

“We’re very excited to have Nicole leading our Chippewa Valley area offices,” said Jim Young, regional manager at Edina Realty. “Her enthusiasm and exceptional knowledge in all areas of real estate will be an incredible asset to the agents in her offices.”

Suchy said she’s excited to lead Edina Realty’s northwestern Wisconsin offices during the most active real estate market in over a decade. “Buyers are grabbing up homes faster than sellers can put them on the market,” she said.

Closed sales are up 11 percent, and the average sales price is up 4 percent. Homes are selling faster, with days on the market down 18 percent according to the Northwestern Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service. “It’s a great time for homeowners who have been on the fence to make their move,” Suchy said.
