Buying #6: Getting Ready For Closing

Preparing for closing day can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to guide you through every step. From helping organize final loan documents to coordinating utilities, I’ll make sure you’re fully prepared. After your offer is accepted, Eric Fisk with Edina Realty Title will reach out to schedule closing and guide the title process. Before closing, we’ll complete a final walkthrough of your new home to confirm everything is as expected. Then comes the fun part—we celebrate with a photo in front of your new home and a sold sign! On closing day, Eric oversees the signing, files the paperwork with the county, and officially transfers ownership. We make your closing experience smooth, stress-free, and memorable.

For sale: Properties which are available for showings and purchase

Active contingent: Properties which are available for showing but are under contract with another buyer

Pending: Properties which are under contract with a buyer and are no longer available for showings

Sold: Properties on which the sale has closed.

Coming soon: Properties which will be on the market soon and are not available for showings.
