The Chippewa Valley area of Wisconsin is filled with pure water and abundant wildlife with many opportunities for enjoying nature and the outdoors as well as a vibrant arts community.
Eau Claire is located in the heart of west central Wisconsin at the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire rivers, approximately 90 miles east of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro. Surrounding communities include Altoona, Chippewa Falls, Lake Hallie, Fall Creek, Eleva and Mondovi.

Chippewa Falls boasts a 300-acre community park and a youth sports program that maintains a sports complex near town. It is also home to the Leinenkugel’s brewery, which offers tours and events.
Chippewa County is also home to several parks, including Lake Wissota State Park, Chippewa Moraine State Recreation Area and the Chippewa County Forest. These recreational areas are perfect for boating, fishing, hiking, biking and more.
