Dover, Minn., is located in southeastern Minnesota between the communities of Eyota and St. Charles, Minn. Rochester, the area's largest city, is only 20 miles to the west. St. Charles

St. Charles, Minn., is located 20 miles east of Rochester and 20 miles west of Winona, both larger cities offering additional amenities and employment opportunities.
