Lisa Leicht, Mike Heinzerling named 2022 Emmy Award winners

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, Dec. 12, 2022 – Lisa Leicht, office manager in Shakopee and Prior Lake, and Mike Heinzerling, an agent in Apple Valley, were honored with the Emma L. Rovick Memorial Award at a Dec. 7 event.

Established to honor company founder Emma Rovick, the “Emmy” Award is given annually to two people: One employee and one real estate agent who exemplify Edina Realty Home Services’ core values of honesty, integrity, commitment, innovation and community.

Leicht joined Edina Realty in 2005. She works in Edina Realty’s offices in Prior Lake and Shakopee, where she oversees a team of agents. She’s known for her commitment and determination. She’s been nominated three different times.

“Lisa Leicht nearly single-handedly creates an atmosphere that agents want to be a part of,” said Greg Mason, CEO of Edina Realty Home Services. “Since her appointment as office manager in the southwest metro area, her agents have reported time and time again what a pleasure she is to work with.”

Heinzerling has been an Edina Realty agent since 1985, and is a member of the company’s President’s Circle. He’s been nominated for the Emmy award four different times.

“Mike is a highly successful agent, but he’s not the type to focus on himself first and foremost,” said Mason. “Agents in Apple Valley describe him as one of the most helpful people they know, because he’s always willing to offer the benefit of his nearly 40 years in the real estate industry.”

Each year, Edina Realty agents and employees nominate their colleagues for the Emmy Award, and out of 57 nominees this year, one agent and one employee were selected. Award winners must excel in customer service, leadership, team building and/or make significant contributions to the industry.
