Amy Peterson Named 2015 'Emmy' Award Winner

Edina, Minn. - Dec. 17, 2015 - Amy Peterson, a REALTOR® in Edina Realty's Anoka/Coon Rapids office, was honored with the Edina Realty Emma L. Rovick Memorial Award, or "Emmy" on Dec. 15 at a special luncheon for the award winners.

Established to honor company founder Emma Rovick, the "Emmy" Award is given annually to two people: one employee and one real estate agent who exemplify Edina Realty's core values of honesty, integrity and commitment.

Fellow agents describe Peterson as one of the hardest working agents in the company. A long-time coach for ProKIT, Edina Realty's agent toolkit, Peterson shares tips at office sales meetings, hosts trainings and helps her fellow agents take advantage of the sophisticated technology systems and tools.

Recently, Peterson helped with the company-wide rollout of Microsoft Office 365 and a new customer relationship management program. She has also served on the planning committees for several office events around the holidays as well the Anoka/Coon Rapids' office annual client appreciation event.

Peterson serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR) and keeps her fellow agents informed of SPAAR events and news.

Edina Realty agents and employees nominate their colleagues for the Emmy Award, and out of nearly 75 nominees, three agent and three employee finalists were selected.
