Molly Goenner Named Sales Manager of Edina Realty’s Downtown Office



Edina, Minn.— Dec. 8, 2015 – Edina Realty, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, has named Molly Goenner the sales manager of its downtown Minneapolis office.

Goenner has been a REALTOR® with Edina Realty since 2005, most recently with Edina Realty’s City Lakes office. As the sales manager, Goenner manages 28 agents who specialize in condos, lofts and real estate in downtown Minneapolis and neighboring areas.

Goenner lives in Golden Valley, where she’s also a Girl Scout troop leader. A passionate pet owner, Goenner also contributes to the Humane Society in Golden Valley. She has a degree in marketing from St. Cloud State University.

So far this year, there has been a 5.5 percent increase in the average price of a home in downtown west and a 30 percent increase in downtown east, according to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®.
