Craig Kanis Named Sales Manager of Edina Realty's Lakeville Office

Edina, Minn. – April 13, 2011 – Craig Kanis, an agent with Edina Realty's Lakeville sales office, has been named the sales office manager of this office.

The Lakeville office, located at 17271 Kenyon Avenue, Lakeville, houses 81 agents who help home buyers and sellers in the south metro area, including Lakeville, Burnsville and surrounding areas. The office was previously managed by Sharry Schmid, who has been named manager of Edina Realty's sales office at 6800 France Avenue in Edina.

Kanis has been selling real estate in the Twin Cities since 1997 and has sold more than 350 homes in his career. He has been with Edina Realty since 2009, specializing in new construction, relocation, lakeshore, single family, townhomes and investment property. He is listed as a "Super Real Estate Agent" by Twin Cities Business/Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine. He lives in Prior Lake with his wife, Kara, and two children.
