MINNEAPOLIS, MN, Dec. 10, 2020 – Nancy Ostrom, vice president of production at Edina Realty Title, was honored with the Emma L. Rovick Memorial Award at a virtual event on Dec. 10.
Established to honor company founder Emma Rovick, the “Emmy” Award is given annually to two people: One employee and one real estate agent who exemplify Edina Realty Home Services’ core values of honesty, integrity, commitment, innovation and community.
Nancy is the personification of commitment, to not only Edina Realty Title, but also to her team and her clients. She started with Edina Realty in April 1986, with long tenures as a supervisor in the title department and the IT department. She was named the vice president of production for Edina Realty Title in 2001.
Nancy’s nomination read in part: “Day in and day out, Nancy keeps everything flowing like clockwork. We all depend on her knowledge and direction to get the work out especially during the busy season. This year has been especially rough for everyone and she is always upbeat and helpful to all no matter what is on her plate.”

Nancy resides in St. Anthony. She has three children and six grandchildren.
Each year, Edina Realty agents and employees nominate their colleagues for the Emmy Award, and out of 51 nominees this year, one agent and one employee were selected. Award winners must excel in customer service, leadership, team building and/or make significant contributions to the industry.
