Edina Realty leads local market for 21st consecutive year

EDINA, MN, Jan. 19, 2021 – Edina Realty (www.edinarealty.com), the largest residential real estate company in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, released its sales results for 2020 which place the company as the market leader in home sales for the 21st consecutive year. At year’s end, agents of the company had totaled 30,383 transactions equating to nearly $10 billion in sales volume.

Edina Realty has built its lead in the Minnesota and Wisconsin markets by recruiting and retaining agents and employees who believe in the company’s values of honesty, integrity, commitment, innovation and community, according to Edina Realty Home Services CEO Greg Mason.

• Ongoing low inventory of homes for sale, ongoing competition and increasing home values.
• Continued low interest rates, with record lows around 2.5% possible.
• New construction will remain strong.
