  • 1-story OR single-level living in a single-family home, townhome or condo
  • Up to three bedrooms
  • Living area up to 2,500 (finished sq. feet)
  • Homeowners’ association or maintenance options

Situated approximately one hour outside of Minneapolis, in greater St. Cloud, is the city of Waite Park. With a population of just over 7,000 (and more than 63,000 in neighboring St. Cloud), this town has plenty of room for outdoor recreation, including the well-known Quarry Park and Nature Reserve.
