Greg Shaleen Named “Emmy” Award Winner



Edina, Minn. - Dec. 17, 2018 – Greg Shaleen, a REALTOR® in Edina Realty's Forest Lake sales office, was honored with the Edina Realty Emma L. Rovick Memorial Award, or "Emmy," on Dec. 12 at a special luncheon for the award winners.

Established to honor company founder Emma Rovick, the "Emmy" Award is given annually to two people: One employee and one real estate agent who exemplify Edina Realty's core values of honesty, integrity and commitment.

Shaleen joined Edina Realty in 2012. He is described as being a good steward of his community and is well-known for conducting his business with integrity, professionalism and care for his clients. He is a member of Edina Realty Exceptional Properties and has earned recognition in the Chairman’s Circle, Edina Realty’s highest sales award.

“Greg is an exceptional teacher to the rest of us,” read his nomination. “He is always sharing new ideas and willing to spend the time to help his agent friends and office mates succeed in the business. He is kind, highly intelligent and dazzles us with magic tricks at our company party. Greg and his team have been a blessing to us since they came to us.”

Each year, Edina Realty agents and employees nominate their colleagues for the Emmy Award, and out of nearly 50 nominees this year, one agent and one employee were selected. Award winners must excel in customer service, leadership, team building and/or make significant contributions to the company or industry.
